Kintsugi-inspired repair patch brand selling into Hokkaido ski retail. Bilingual site with back-end and worker infrastructure, plus transactional email.
Mobile auto glass and headlight restoration in Jackson, Wyoming. Bilingual throughout, with a quote and schedule flow built around how the shop actually takes work.
A new mobile auto glass business working out of Jackson and serving a wide valley radius, from Victor and Driggs over the pass to Alpine, Star Valley, Kelly and Moran. All the enquiries were arriving through a Facebook page and a phone number, which meant the owner was fielding the same four questions by text all day: what vehicle, what glass, where are you, and when can you come.
A large share of the customer base and the trade network in this valley speaks Spanish. The site is built in both languages end to end, with the same quote flow in each, rather than an English site with a translate button in the corner.
The scheduling page collects what the shop actually needs before anyone picks up a phone: vehicle, glass type, whether insurance is involved, and the location for a mobile install. The enquiry arrives complete. That is the difference between a lead and a conversation.
Service-area pages were built as real pages per town rather than one page listing every town in a sentence, which is how a local business competes for search in a region this spread out.
